1. How a purchase works

When you use this website or send an email requesting to buy an item, you are confirming that you want to buy that item. That message from you is a binding agreement on your part to buy the item(s) you list. The seller (Floral and Clay) is only bound after the seller checks stock and confirms the order by email. We will not take payment until we have confirmed stock and accepted your order.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Floral and Clay is not GST-registered.

3. Stock and payment

Orders are subject to stock availability. After you submit a purchase we check stock. If we can accept your order we will email you to confirm and arrange payment and shipping. If we cannot confirm stock, we will email you and no payment will be taken.

4. Shipping

Shipping cost and delivery times will be provided in the confirmation email. We will do our best to meet delivery estimates but cannot guarantee carrier times or customs delays.

5. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the goods. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
